Our team is growing! We are looking to add a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our team at Merit Family Medicine!
The job description includes providing general and preventative care, treating chronic illnesses, ordering lab tests and prescribing medication for children and adults. We have in-house UA, Strep, Covid and flu test. We offer a full range of wellness services including vitamin injections, infusions and hormone therapy. We offer preventative care including vaccinations and wellness visits.
Our smaller clinic is offers personal relationships with your patients and the freedom to practice medicine your way!
