We are hiring a part- time RN or LPN to work with people with intellectual/ developmental disabilities through the DD waiver. Applicants interested in this position must have self-management skills and be very energetic.
Having knowledge of DD waiver nursing Standard is preferred by not required for this position.
Must be willing to travel occasionally to southeast. Paid Milage and lodging
This position has flexible hours and is a contract position/ 1099 NOT an employee position.
Duties include.
Scheduling annual health assessment.
Developing health care plans, medical emergency response plans
Consulting with families
Attending individual service plan meeting.
Document nursing services provided.
Develop semi- annual reports of individual health.
Attend training courses provided by DDSD/ DOH
