Mental Health Treatment Center is seeking a full time Office Manager

Preferred candidates possess:

Associates degree or above

Technology Savvy (computers, printers, faxes, website maintenance, social media etc.)

Excellent interpersonal, organizational written and oral communication and organizational skills

Skills at being a team player as well as self starter

Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Experience with electronic health records

Experience with Wordpress

Knowledge of insurance preferred

Experience with Quickbooks preferred

Experience with creating newsletters and maintaining websites

Duties include:

Oversee day to day operations of the administrative office

Answering phones

Greeting clients and visitors

Light bookkeeping

Data Entry

Maintaining staff schedules

Copying, filing, and general organizing

Monthly/Quarterly newsletters

Audit of internal processes and record keeping

Performing verification of insurance benefits

Office errands such as post office and shopping runs

Document and spreadsheet creation and maintenance

Creating/Maintaining contracts, staff files, manuals

Trouble shooting/installing office equipment
