Resident Assistant Rio Rancho, NM

The Resident Assistant position has full responsibility for direct resident care. This includes assistance with activities of daily living including personal care, helping residents participate in their daily activity program, and some laundry and housekeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with seniors as well as experience in assisted living, medication administration, and training in medical terminology. The ability to communicate effectively and in a courteous, professional manner must be demonstrated, along with understanding the residents rights. Certified nursing assistant training/certification is a plus!
