Two positions are open. I have 1 caregiver and need 2 additional caregivers. Scheduling to be worked out, between current caregiver who can work 3, 4, or 5 shifts a week and new caregivers. The team can decide what works best for everyone. Monday through Friday work starts about 8, except when I have an early medical appointment. Shifts are 6 hours M-F. Saturday and Sunday are a bit more flexible now that I have improved enough to give up alone. Weekend shifts are 5 hours.
Nonsmokers (tobacco and cannabis) only. No cannabis use, even medical (a safety issue for both of us.) CBD is okay.
Me: I am a female healthcare professional working from home who uses a wheelchair. I am also a serious writer and poet. I depend on you to be able to do my work and heal from a stroke.
The job: Personal care, housekeeping, vegan cooking (can teach), transportation, and running errands. A background check is required as position is funded by Medicaid. Will consider a person with a disability able to physically do the work. 2 cats live in the home. Must have Covid Vaccine through booster. A sense of humor is a must!
