Solutions Treatment Center is seeking a part time Substance Abuse and Dual Diagnosis Counselor. We are an intensive out patient and out patient treatment program. Candidates will have at least 2 years of counseling experience. Experience with family therapy a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Therapist in the state of NM, LSAA, LADAC, LMHC, LISW
Experience working with addictions, trauma, anxiety and depression, family of origin issues
Excellent documentation skills
Experience with utilization review preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
2 years in the mental health and or addiction recovery field
Understanding of 12 step programs a plus
Experience with electronic health records preferred
Duties include:
Group therapy facilitation
Individual and family therapy
Treatment and aftercare planning
Clinical case management
Qualified candidates will be reliable, have their own liability insurance, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
