An independently established business (LLC, Trade Name, etc.)
Equipment, Tools, and Supplies needed for the type of work they perform
Professional appearance, attitude, and ability to follow directions and provide quality service
Required insurance including General Liability (up to $1-Mil) and Worker's Compensation
Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
