Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM)

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for a jack-of-all-trades type individual who enjoys working in the field. You will travel between job sites, document files, check and transport equipment, meet with customers, and capture property photos using specialized tools. This role also includes training in lead and asbestos sample collection, as well as acting as a runner for checks, documents, equipment, and tools as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to job sites to document project details and maintain accurate files.

Perform equipment checks and transport necessary tools or materials.

Meet with customers and provide top-tier service and communication.

Capture and upload property photos using specialized equipment.

Train in and conduct lead and asbestos sample collection at properties.

Assist with running checks, documents, tools, and other items as needed.

Ensure proper handling and transport of sensitive materials.

Maintain a professional and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record (background check required).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Tech-savvy with the ability to use specialized photography/documentation equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Physical ability to carry equipment and be on your feet for extended periods.

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is a plus but not required—we provide training!
