Position: Full-Time Tint / PPF Installation Technician

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced (and cool) person to join our team as an Installation Technician. Experience in clear bra, vehicle wraps, and/or window tint installation is required. This position is a skilled, on-site role which requires living in or relocating to Durango.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and prepping vehicles prior to installation
Apply tint film according to industry standards and customer preferences
Paying attention to detail and maintaining high-quality workmanship
Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
Commitment to upholding the reputation and standards of Elements
Requirements:
Proficiency in window tinting techniques and tools - at least two years of experience
A commitment to learn and grow alongside coworkers
Motivation and dependability
The ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and be highly detail-oriented
Computer literacy
Professionality in appearance and presentation - given daily interaction with customers
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
Pay is commission based (25%) - Driven installers can make $60K - $75K+
One week PTO after a year; 2 weeks after 2 years
401K
Holiday pay after 90 days
