I need a really good handyman. You need a truck. You need to know a little bit about everything repairs to homes or apartments. You need to be able to do move-ins and move outs in a timely manner. Can you fix a garage door that has come off of the rails. Can you replace the cables? Can you do minor leaking roof repairs? Can you replace toilets, disposals, breakers, faucets, sinks, vanities, cabinets, locks, refrigerators, stoves (gas or electric), dishwashers, swamp coolers, flooring, painting, wall repair that actually looks good? Can you take care of minor plumbing clogs? Can you take care of the landscaping and remove leaves in the fall and weeds in the summer? I pay by 1099. You take care of your own taxes and gas. Can you be honest enough to not charge me for your lunch hour? Can you do minor repairs on appliances, (like replace the heating element in a dryer), replace a thermostat, thermocouple on a furnace. Can you replace windows or have screens made?
