DFM Concrete & Asphalt Inc. is hiring motivated and experienced Form Setters / Finishers for full-time positions. Work is local to the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to demo, set forms, and finish concrete
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Valid driver’s license
Experience operating skid steers, dump trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
Pay & Benefits:
$20–$30 per hour, based on experience
Full-time employment with steady workload
