Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.
Job Title: Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner
Employment Type: PART TIME - Around 20-30 hours per week. Start at 7AM, about 4 days per week, as assigned.
Overview: Visit assigned properties each shift throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness by sweeping up and removing litter and debris.
Compensation: Starts at $16/hr.
Job Duties:
Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned.
Empty trash receptacles.
Wipe down door handles and frames, trash receptacle lids, etc.
Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping.
Assist in snow removal (seasonal).
This is not a difficult job, but attention to detail is a must have.
Essential Qualifications:
Must have your own reliable transportation that is registered and insured. (You will need a vehicle to drive between a few properties each shift)
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have a track record of being dependable.
Be capable of working independently.
