Small landscaping company seeking several individuals to create a strong team
Must speak English
No Background check but must be professional in appearance and attitude.
Experience a plus but not necessary.

Most of the properties we service are between lomas and Gibson from Louisiana to San Mateo ( there are a couple outside of this area) . Currently trying to get myself out of the field into the office to work on clerical duties and acquiring new clients. Currently we service the largest complexes for a major local property management company.
Truck trailer a plus but not necessary , higher wages for those who have own truck and trailer .
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
I am needing up to 3 general Laborers and one crew leader
To be considered for the crew leader position (20$/hr) you must have your own truck. Must have a reliable functioning smartphone capable of taking clear and well lit before and after pictures. Must be punctual, able to follow a schedule, instruction and have common sense. Must be able to work well with/supervise/train and manage others. Must have landscaping /groundskeeper, experience/skills. Please don't tell me you can if you can't.
2 or 3 general Laborers $16/hr
Must speak English
Be punctual, professional ,
Presentable.
No experience necessary
Crew leader $20/hr
Must speak English
Have a pick up truck
Have experience landscaping / grounds maintenance
Must be looking for a career , not just another job .
