We are looking to hire a new full time individual to help with the job wash technician and delivery crew.
We are a small team of friendly people.
No experience is necessary as on the job training will be provided.
Job description:
Cleaning of hand and machine woven throw rugs.
Working to help pick up and deliver rugs.
Some limited interaction with customers.
Applying individuals will need the following:
Willingness to do physical labor.
The ability to lift and move heavy things.
Be over 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive on deliveries.
Expectations:
Friendly and able to handle customers.
Show up on time and be professional.
The first 90 days is a trial period
Wages will start at $13.50/hr
At 90 days, pay raises to $14/hr and benefits become available
◦ Health, dental, and vision insurance - (Company splits the cost)
◦ 15 days of PTO accrue annually
◦ Company IRA – (Company will match deposits up to 3% of your wages)
Regular raises will follow bringing pay up to $15/hr at one year of employment
Bonuses will be provided when the company in profitable
Work hours will are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
