Alegria Family Services is seeking a qualified Female Provider to provide community services for two (2) highly functional individuals with Developmental Disabilities in the Albuquerque area. Participant 1 lives near Eubank and Manual, and participant 2 lives on Albuquerque's westside. Participants enjoy going to the gym regularly and Alegria will pay the gym membership for the qualified provider. Each participant can receive up to 18 hours per week of services, and they can be taken out together (basically doubling the providers pay) or separately. Providers will coordinate with the participants to set their own schedule, and the pay is $17.00 per hour per participant. This is an immediate Mi Via Waiver navigation part-time position.
