Looking for a part time handyman with do it all skills. No major construction but need someone to make repairs to several rental properties as needed. Should be able to do drywall, basic electrical, minor swamp cooler assessment and repair, painting, all around minor home repairs. This position will require a sense of urgency in some cases so availability is important. This would be great for a retiree or someone looking to supplement income. Having good transportation and your own tools is required.
