Job Title: Shipping and Receiving
Location: Albuquerque
Hours: 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday - some overtime possible

Duties & Responsibilities
· Coordinates the receipt, documentation, and disposition of material prior to their placement into inventory
· Reconciles Packing Slips, Bill of Ladings (BOLs), and Purchase Orders (POs) against shipments to drive inventory accuracy
· Communicates any shipment discrepancies or abnormalities to Purchasing for resolution with vendor
· Operates fork lift, pallet jack, or other company equipment to transport material on-site
· During off-peak hours, may be required to assist with the placement of material into inventory or staging of material for customer deliveries or pick-ups (Will-Call)
· Other duties as assigned
Critical Skills
· Ability to identify critical material information such as part numbers, part descriptions, quantities, unit of measurements, and weights from a variety of document templates
· Strong attention to detail
· Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
