Our Team is looking to interview the week of 6/24/19 - 6/28/19.

We are a tower construction company out of ABQ NM.

We are seeking 1 entry level position no experience and 1 Tower hand / help to become an integral part of our team! Applicants should have hands on experience in the telecommunications construction industry (I.E; knowledge and experience of major carrier sites including LTE, NSB, Electrical, Civil, DAS, and/or Small Cell) as well as reliable transportation to get to and from office. Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers while engaging in construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures. He or she should be familiar with construction safety standards and OSHA certifications are a plus.

training is July 1 and job will fill quick.

Qualifications: At least 1- 5 years experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields

Familiarity with telecommunications equipment

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Climb and Rescue, CPR/First Aid, RF Safety, and Scaffold Safety.

Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations

Comfort with heights

Satisfactory drug screen and background check results required.

Must have a valid driver license

Word and excel knowledge is a must

Physical Requirements:

The minimum physical requirements for a lead tower technician are the ability to climb up and down ladders, scaffolding, and lifts. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. from floor and above head, have general knowledge and ability to identify and use basic hand tools. Ability to work in ALL weather conditions; this includes extreme temperatures. In addition, at times, you may be required to work in trenches, manholes, tunnels, closets, and crawl spaces.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or higher level. preferred Any additional electrical or telecommunication training is a plus.
