What We Need:
Basic knowledge of auto parts.
Comfortable using a computer.
A positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Bonus Points For:
Experience helping customers over the phone.
Familiarity with eBay or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software.
Ability to navigate dealership parts catalogs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
