Floor Techs Needed Now
Permanent full time evening = 8 hrs/night
Monday - Friday and occasional weekend work
Stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet/upholstery care
Need working knowledge of floor care equipment such as scrubbers, strippers, buffers, extractors, and similar.
Manual labor = work with equipment and tools, heavy lifting of equipment and supplies, bend, stoop, pivot, push and pull, kneeling, crouching, stretch, climb stairs, standing and walking for long periods.
$16-20/hour
MUST:
BE RELIABLE EVERY WEEK
HAVE VALID IDENTIFICATION
HAVE TRANSPORTATION
BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD TO DRIVE OUR COMPANY VEHICLES

Noches permanentes de tiempo completo = 8 horas / noche
Lunes a viernes y trabajo ocasional los fines de semana.
Decapado, encerado, pulido y cuidado de tapizados / alfombras
Necesita un conocimiento práctico de los equipos para el cuidado del piso, como fregadoras, decapantes, pulidoras, extractores y similares.
Trabajo manual = trabajar con equipo y herramientas, levantar equipo y suministros pesados, ponerse en cuclillas, agacharse, girar, empujar y tirar, arrodillarse, inclinarse, estirarse, subir escaleras, pararse y caminar durante períodos prolongados.
$16-20/hour
