Albuquerque criminal and civil litigation law firm has an immediate need for a contract attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. Our practice is rapidly growing and fast-paced. Must be available for in-court appearances. Successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, familiarity with motion practice, pleading, rules of evidence, discovery, and trial prep; and admission to the New Mexico State Bar. Experience in civil and/or criminal law is preferred; Spanish-speaking is a plus. Position is part-time (15-20+ hours/week) and may move to full-time with firm benefits as case load develops.
