JOB DUTIES:
Provide in depth monthly online traffic and sales reports, including strategic recommendations, using Google Analytics and Woorank
Manage site optimizations related to paid, organic and onsite search via SEO, PPC and CPC programs
Develop, deploy and maintain effective Email and Affiliate Marketing campaigns, including copywriting and graphic support
Assist in strategic execution of integrated content marketing strategies
Mange User Generated Content and Reviews via Bazaar Voice integrated web tool
Prospect and recommend new technology solutions focused on improved web user experience and increase conversions
Ensure accuracy of all copy, pricing and product placement on website, as well as across all digital channels
Demonstrate in depth product knowledge through effective customer service Q & A
Coordinate with wholesale, retail and other departments to plan, implement and execute the site content that includes all the featured products, advertising, promotions, information, email responses, advertising campaign management, etc.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Magento
Effective Project Management, Planning, Process Optimization, Analyzing Information, Reporting and Problem Solving Skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Passion for internet and online marketing
Ability to work independently, as well as guide and motivate other team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional experience managing SEM (PPC, organic and social) programs
Expertise in Wordpress, Google, Woo Rank, Magento, Bazaar Voice, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign Instagram and Facebook ad creation and management
Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on details
Knowledge of internet best practice and regulations for Pay Per Click (PPC)and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Excellent writing and communication skills, both digitally and in-person
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications and/or related field
