ABQ Express Cartage, Inc. in looking for a person to fill a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure full time FREIGHT dispatch position.
Applicants must be able to multi task, be willing to learn, have a positive professional demeanor and the ability to work within a motivated team. Strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail are required.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must have a high school diploma, experience with Microsoft Office, excellent computer skills and professional phone disposition with a strong command of the English language both verbal and written.
Our freight dispatchers provide a high level of customer service, answer multiple busy phone lines, respond to hundreds of emails daily, schedule appointments and coordinate delivery schedules. Team members are expected to maintain accurate knowledge of our services to answer inquiries by clarifying, researching, locating, and providing information to a multitude of local, national and international clients.
