Tierra West MHC LLC is looking for a full time, strong, maintenance team member!
As maintenance technician you will be required to work directly with maintenance supervisor, property manager to see what the community needs and to maintain the community. Oversee completion of assigned directives on time.
Must have your own tools.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand, walk or kneel for extended periods of time.
Previous experience with basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical and basic hvac preferred.
Communicates well and must be respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring resident's compliance with community rules while working around community.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation.
Prefer mobile home experience but not a requirement.
Competitive compensation package.
Compensation depends on experience.
