We are a dynamic and growing custom apparel business specializing in screen printing and embroidery. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom designs with outstanding customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our shop.

As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our screen printing shop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist with a variety of tasks that support production, quality control, and shop maintenance.

Production Assistance:
- Prepare and organize materials for screen printing (e.g., garments, inks, screens).
- Assist with loading and unloading garments onto printing equipment.
- Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and other tools.
- Monitor production for quality assurance.
Shop Maintenance:
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Order Fulfillment:
- Assist with folding, tagging, and packaging completed orders.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Miscellaneous Support:
- Support team members with other tasks as required, including embroidery prep and customer service.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a screen printing shop is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic understanding of tools and materials used in screen printing is a bonus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
