Facility management team is seeking a self-motivated individual to play an integral part of operating a 280,000 sf Class A commercial office complex. Post duties include patrolling the campus, greeting tenants and directing visitors, monitoring and controlling building security systems, including the camera and DSX access system, issuing badges, parking data tracking, monitoring parking lots, investigating and writing incident reports. Assist building operations manager with data tracking, DSX reports, and life safety vendors and scheduling. Additionally, assisting maintenance tech and day porter as needed and serve as back for these positions.

Ability to operate club cart and fork lift
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to stoop, bend, climb ladders and stairs, including quickly going up or down stairs in events of emergencies and/or power outages
