Basic Job Description
Call center based Senior Benefits Organization
-Answering phone calls
-Making phone calls
-Signing up new members / Renewing members
-Basic knowledge of our website
-Data Entry
-Membership updates
-Sending out USPS mailings to members
-ECT.
Must be computer savvy with basic program use knowledge (Outlook email, Excel, Google Doc, Microsoft word, Microsoft Teams)
