Position Title: Direct to Consumer / B2B Sales Specialist
Classification: Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Director of Marketing & Sales (Orus Guerra)

General Responsibilities
SWL Express Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and maintaining business samples and direct to consumer testing using various forms of marketing and sales techniques. This may include direct business account meetings with various industry HR departments while managing marketing needs with social media, advertising and direct to consumer education.
Work Summary
Essential Duties:
Promote Southwest Lab sales to include:
Prospecting and market research
Outbound sales (phone, email, in-person)
Conduct sales presentations
Develop and manage relationships with perspective and existing clients
Attend weekly/monthly sales calls with managers
Timely responses to all inquiries from all sources
Attend networking events to promote SWL Express
Setting up pricing and management of all new accounts
Responsible for required account set-up paperwork
Help establish collection flow of new accounts
Handle customer service issues to include billing questions and result questions
Maintain contact with Social medial traffic and obtain monthly statistics
Complete weekly/monthly call sheet and expense report
Consistent presence in the field promoting and selling services through demonstration (local travel is expected approximately 75% of the time along with some distance travel and potential overnight stays).
Additional Duties:
Serve as back-up for specimen collector
Assist with special projects and sales operations as needed
Attend and represent Southwest Labs express at trade shows
Organize dinner programs or events with industry specialists
All other duties as assigned
Educational/Certification/Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred
1-2 years Sales experience required
Strong writing, communication and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/ Excel and Outlook required
Must have valid drivers license. Registration, insurance and reliable vehicle
Must clear background check and subject to random drug testing

Physical Requirements
Physical requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time, driving, use of hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms.
Use of computer, keyboard and monitor is necessary
Must be able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
Must be able to speak English and listen with the ability to hear sounds and words
Specific vision and abilities required by the job to include close vision, distance vision, distance and vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
