We are seeking an Experienced Sales Representative who is passionate about solar energy and roofing solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to elevate their career by selling larger and more complex systems in both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert inbound leads while also generating self-sourced leads.
Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments.
Design and propose custom solar and roofing solutions.
Engage in detailed client consultations to understand and meet their energy needs.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
Collaborate with technical teams for project design and implementation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in solar sales and knowledge of roofing systems.
Physical ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to self-source leads and manage sales pipeline effectively.
Experience in system design and permitting is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided after probation period).
