Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and sell customers on new or pre-owned vehicles
Provide world-class customer service
Demonstrate a positive/energetic attitude
Prospect and bring new customers into the dealership
Full time hours open 7 days a week
Work with 3rd party lead providers, dealership website and maximizing exposure through social media
Understanding manufacturer customer satisfaction scores a must
Exceeding sales performance goals
This is a performance based job with bonuses paid on high job performance
Qualifications:
Sales experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not mandatory
Strong computer skills, CRM experience preferred
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
Great attitude with high-energy personality
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-starter and self-motivated
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver license and a good driving record
