Qualifications:
-Able to work 20+ hours a week (preferably 4 days)
-Excellent customer service and sales skills
-Experience with Shopify POS System or the ability to learn technology quickly
-Punctual
-Self-motivated

-Strong communication skills
-Organized and able to follow instructions
Job description:
-Taking care of customers
-Social media management/Creating content
-Keeping the front end presentable (Sweeping and mopping, Watering plants and Cleaning cases )
-Be able to receive repairs and custom jobs
-Communicate with customers when repairs or custom jobs are ready
-Setting up and breaking down cases
-Inventorying product
-Receiving packages and entering them into the system
Additional Skills to mention:
-fine jewelry/ retail experience
-Photography experience, ability to work with DSLR camera
-Photoshop or Canva experience
-Social Media experience (especially Instagram)
-Jewelry fabrication skills or knowledge
-Knowledge of artists carried at the shop
Compensation:
-Base pay of $15-18 an hour, depending on experience +
sales commission
