Rare Harvest - Wholesale B2B Sales Representative Opportunity (Commission + Passive Recurring Income)
Rare Harvest is a grower-direct THCA cannabis brand offering ultra-premium, federally legal THCA hemp cannabis products. Everything is cultivated in-house at our state-of-the-art grow facility in California and shipped nationwide. All products are lab tested and fully 2018 Hemp Farm Bill compliant.
We are looking for highly motivated Independent B2B Sales Representatives to open wholesale accounts with smoke shops across New Mexico. This is a commission-only opportunity with lifetime residual commissions on every shop you sign up — a real opportunity to build substantial passive income and create serious wealth.
Commission Compensation Structure:
5% commission on every smoke shop’s first order you close
2.5% lifetime commission on every future reorder from that shop
No cap on earnings — the more accounts you open, the more you make
Passive income from accounts you sign for life
Weekly payouts directly to you
Responsibilities:
Cold call, cold visit, and outreach to smoke shops in your local area
Sign up smoke shops as wholesale buyers using your link / code when they order
Educate smoke shop owners/managers about our ultra-premium, federally legal lab-tested THCA cannabis products direct from the farm
Build and maintain relationships for long-term reorder growth
Represent Rare Harvest professionally and enthusiastically

Independent, self-driven sales closer
Comfortable cold calling and cold visiting businesses to create sales
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build real wealth
Previous B2B sales experience preferred — but not required
Familiarity with cannabis and THCA products is a plus, but not necessary
