Job Title: Audio/Visual Content Manager (End User Specialist I)Job ID: 524 Information International Associates (IIA) is currently seeking an Audio/Visual Content Manager (End User Specialist I) to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Audio/Visual Content Manager (End User Specialist I) will provide on-site and related support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel. Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the customer and contract team lead in the VTC and Unified Communication services area
Assist with the management and archiving of content files, folder storage using approved processes and procedures
Assist with monitoring and adjusting content as it is refreshed
Help team with tracking of actions and their file support requirements
Provide Basic Field (Win/Mac/Mob/CSU) to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks.
Provide support in responding to system user requests for assistance.
Shall work with the customer/Business Owner, Sandia-delegated representative, to manage content and ensure video services and provide administrative support services to Sandia.
Will ensure the management of content adheres to Sandia processes and procedures.
Will be tasked by the customer for performing their roles and responsibilities related to content management and administrative services.
Additional duties will be assigned at the discretion of Sandia and could involve such things as asset and records management.
Skills Required:
Education: A HS Diploma or GED is required plus 2 years of related experience
Knowledge of video teleconferencing and Skype and Microsoft Meeting unified communication tools including recording video and text threads preferred
Experience providing basic field (Win/Mac/Mob/CSU) installation, troubleshooting and maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks.
Must be a US Citizen
Must be eligible to obtain a Department of Energy Q/L level clearance and be able to maintain the clearance throughout the life of the contract.
