Part time, contract work to start. can become full time after a few months
Garbage Disposals
Toilet repair/replacement
faucet replacement/repair
Leak repairs
Ceiling fans
Painting/drywall repair
flooring repair and replacement
Yard clean up, sprinkler, trash hauling
Swamp cooler/Furnace HVAC
lots more!
Pay is $25 per Hour depending on experience and qualifications and ability to complete work in timely organized fashion.
Experience in maintenance of Apartments or Real Estate strongly desired.
part time contract work 20 hours per week to start. Work orders are assigned individually. Can be full time positions with demonstrated skills, organization, and discipline.
Must have reliable truck transportation and tools.
