American Service Industries is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and dependable Backhoe Operator to join our team in Albuquerque! If you have experience in excavation and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a backhoe for septic system installations, trenching, grading, and other excavation projects
Read and follow site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs on time and to spec
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
2+ years of backhoe operation experience (construction or septic preferred)
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety
Team player with a positive attitude and reliable attendance
