Your Responsibilities:
As a BakerHouse technician, you’ll handle a diverse range of tasks, including:
-Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems, appliances, and electronics across residential, commercial, and restaurant settings
-Delivering exceptional customer service to clients while representing our brand with professionalism
-Performing inspections, documenting model/serial numbers, and maintaining detailed service records, including before-and-after photos of completed work
-Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
-Being available for after-hours emergency calls as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
Credentials: NM State Journeyman license and EPA Universal Certification
Experience: At least 2+ years in the field, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving skills
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Professionalism: Strong communication skills, a team-player mentality, and the ability to work independently
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smart devices to manage job assignments
