Construction Administrator

In this role, you will assist project managers and estimators. We are seeking an organized administrative assistant to utilize various construction management and estimating software platforms to streamline projects, manage documents, and drive efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Basic administrative experience

Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to read blueprints

Software Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are a plus), Dropbox, Procore, Bluebeam.

Digital Organization: Exceptional organizational skills for managing and maintaining electronic files and cloud-based documentation.

Adaptability to Technology: Proven ability to quickly learn and master new software and technology, with a mindset for process improvement.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical and administrative challenges using digital tools.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all digital records and reports.
