Spiegel Kinsley Construction is a New Mexico-based company specializing in sustainable, net-zero, high performance custom homes. We are currently seeking an experienced Custom Home Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects in Placitas, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. This is a full-time, salaried position offering competitive benefits and performance-based bonuses.
Position Details:
-Employment: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days a week
Salary: $55,000/year
Bonuses: Completion bonus for each home built

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of custom home construction from inception to completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
- Ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to schedules
- Manage on-site logistics and promptly resolve issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communication
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supervising custom home builds
- Strong understanding of construction methods and local codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
