Franklin's Earthmoving, EEOC, is currently seeking an experienced foreman for Earthwork/Excavation crew for commercial and residential projects. Applicant must have minimum qualifications as outlined below:
Five or more years of related experience in demonstrated successful Earthwork crew management
Must have experience operating earthwork equipment – e.g., Scraper, Blade, Loader, etc.
GPS knowledge is preferrable
A working knowledge of customer specifications will be necessary to ensure a quality project
avoiding re-work or punch list work
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook.
Must be able to work under time constraints as needed.
Must display a professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, and general
public at all times.
Applicant must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen/physical, background check and E-Verify. Must have a current, valid NM Driver's license with a clean MVR.
All work is local – NO TRAVEL REQUIRED!
