We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for excavating, installing and repairing underground pipelines for various construction projects.
Duties
- Lay out pipe routes following blueprints and specifications
- Dig trenches with the aid of heavy equipment such as loaders and bulldozers
- Operate pipe laser to ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes
- Assemble and install pipeline sections
- Backfill trenches and compact earth to restore the construction site
Skills
- Proficiency in concrete forming for pipeline installations
- Experience in operating loaders, bulldozers, and front loader trucks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Pipe assembly
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
- Knowledge of utilizing pipe lasers for precise pipe alignment
