Our shop is looking to hire immediately! We have an open position for a general service and lube technician.
Responsibilities include the following:
We need a team player, willing to communicate and enjoy team atmosphere.
Maintain clean work areas.
Performs oil and filter change.
Tire rotation, tire repairs, tire repairs and balance.
Documents inspection notes through digital tablet (provided by shop), providing necessary recommendations for repairs for service writers to sell.
Complete 40 point digital inspection in a timely manner to stay on schedule.
Ensures vehicle is clean and ready to go when work is complete.
Maintains consistent positivity and customer scores
Willing to participate in on going training at the shop and through outside vendor classes
Performs work in a safe, consistent, and clean manner.
Willing to complete fluid exchanges (coolant, power steering, brake fluid), etc. using shop provided equipment. Fuel induction cleaning and throttle body services also performed.
Several years as a lube technician is an added plus
Willing to be trained in brakes, alignments, at other minor engine services as employment progresses. We want you to grow with us!
Clean driving record desired
Must be able to pass a drug test
