Description:
Advanced Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. We handle a wide range of HVAC installation, service, and maintenance projects for commercial and residential clients throughout New Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting on RTUs, split systems, furnaces, and condensers
Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
Ensure all work complies with state and local mechanical codes
Maintain a clean and professional job site and accurate service records
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
NM Journeyman Mechanical License (MM-98 or JR)
Experience with both residential and commercial systems
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients
