Albuquerque based Mechanical contractor hiring licensed commercial HVAC Foreman . The qualified candidate will possess the following skills:
Good driving record with a valid driver's license
Experience as Foreman on new construction and tenant-improvement type commercial projects
Be able to Read/interpret architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
Be able to Read/interpret and follow submittals and shop drawings
Perform layout, fabrication and installation of sheet metal duct and fittings
Install all types of mechanical equipment
Perform other trade-specific assignments and tasks
Ability to consistently communicate with project manager or supervisor
Understands and willing to follow proper safety procedures
Ability to follow controls/wiring schematics a plus
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Ability to effectively communicate with others in crew and delegate tasks
Journeyman License in Sheet Metal REQUIRED
Experience with refrigeration a plus
EPA Certification a plus
Job Type: Full-time
$33-36/hr- negotiable depending on experience- Scale Wage work available
