3-5 years MINIMUM experience preferred. Must have tools of the trade and reliable transportation. Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings. Knowledge and ability to test, troubleshoot and understand electrical systems and proper electrical functions; wiring, equipment, fixtures, circuit connections, switchgear and other areas related to the electrical trade. Responsibilities:
Ability to read and understand design plans from architects and engineers
Communicate in a professional manner with clients and internal team members
Install and repair residential and light commercial electrical application according to proper building codes
Test electrical systems ensuring wiring, equipment and fixtures are operating properly and safely.
Perform physically demanding tasks including trenching, moving / lifting heavy objects
