Now Hiring – Automotive Technicians (All Levels)
We are a busy, established automotive dealer looking to grow our team with five key technician roles. Whether you’re fresh out of school or a seasoned foreman, we have a spot for you.
1. Lube Technician – Entry Level
Great for recent trade school grads or those with little to no experience
Tools not required (we’ll help you get started)
Duties: Oil changes, basic services, shop support
Pay: $13–$15/hr
2. General Technician – 1–2 Years Experience
Studying for ASE certifications preferred
Capable of: Brakes, radiators, transmission services, A/C, tune-ups, starters, alternators
Tools: Owns some, but not all specialty tools
Must work close to book time
Pay: $16–$20/hr
3. Line Technician – 5+ Years Experience
Skilled in R&R of engines, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, clutches (FWD & RWD)
Owns full set of tools including specialty tools
Must consistently beat book time
Pay: $25–$35/hr
4. Master Diagnostic Technician – 10+ Years Experience
ASE Certified with proven diagnostic skills
Road test, drivability, and advanced electrical troubleshooting
Owns full tool set including scanners & specialty tools
Pay: $35–$45/hr
5. Shop Foreman – 15+ Years Experience
ASE Certified leader capable of managing a crew of 4+
Must be hands-on: diagnosing, road-testing, mentoring younger techs, and ensuring workflow efficiency
Owns all tools, scanners, and specialty equipment
Must be able to step in and get the job done while leading the team
Pay: $45–$55/hr
