The Express Service Advisor will greet and serve each guest as they arrive at the dealerships Express Service Lane. The Advisor will welcome the guest and handle initial check in paperwork. The Advisor will also communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the Express Lane guest. Guests using the Express Service Lane will expect fast, friendly service from the Express Service Advisor.

-Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
-Serving as a liaison between technicians and guests.
-Distribute work between technicians
-Prioritize required services
-Ensure the guest has a positive dealership experience
-Spend quality time building relationships with the guests.
Qualifications:
-Must maintain high level of guest satisfaction
-General knowledge about the automotive industry a plus
-Must have computer proficiency
-Valid driver's license
