We are a small, licensed local residential remodeling and handyman company that specializes in providing high-quality, creative remodels and additions in the Albuquerque region. We are looking for a temporary (6-12 months) Remodeling Assistant.
This is a 1099 subcontract position.
This position is a hands-on role and not a clipboard position. The assistant with help other employees during home remodels and custom building projects from start to finish. You will need to be skilled in demolition, framing, sheetrock, tile, painting and other work related to the remodel.
You must have:
· Skilled experience with the remodeling construction process
· Reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
· The ability to work well with others and independently
· Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Reliability and a strong interest in doing high-quality work
· Ability to work well with others and take direction well from owner
· A professional, clean and polite disposition
