We are a small, licensed local residential remodeling and handyman company that specializes in providing high-quality, creative remodels and additions in the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Remodeling Team Leader that will be working 40 hours per week at various locations throughout the Albuquerque region.
This position is a hands-on role and not a clipboard position. The team leader will lead at least one to two other employees during home remodels and custom building projects from start to finish. The leader will need to be skilled in demolition, framing, sheetrock, tile, painting and other work related to the remodel. It is important that the leader is not only skilled in the remodeling/building process but also has a positive, can-do attitude when interfacing with clients, coworkers, and the owners and can meet project deadlines. The employees in our group are collaborative, positive and supportive of one another. We complete most of the remodeling work ourselves, while only subbing out for electrical and plumbing, so there is a lot of room for contributing to interesting projects.
You must have:
· Skilled experience with the remodeling construction process
· Reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
· The ability to work well with others and independently
· Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Reliability and a strong interest in doing high-quality work
· Ability to direct the remodeling process to at least one labor employee and take direction well from owner
· A professional, clean and polite disposition

This is a W-2 position and will require all the legal paperwork for employment. We have a drug-free, zero-tolerance work environment. Benefits earned include PTO, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays, as well as other various perks and benefits. Hours range but fall within 8-4, Monday-Friday. Hourly rate based off experience and performance.
