The HT Group is currently working with a reputable commercial roofing contractor in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to find a dynamic individual for the role of Branch Manager/Account Manager.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take charge of the day-to-day activities of a commercial roofing branch, including sales and account management, production oversight, safety management, project management, and team leadership. We are seeking a sales-minded leader who is deeply passionate about customer service and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the commercial roofing industry.
Position Details:

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary plus bonus/incentives
Travel: Frequent travel throughout New Mexico required
Requirements:
3+ years of sales-related experience
3+ years of direct management experience
Prior experience in the roofing industry, particularly in maintenance, services, and repair/replacements
Familiarity with fluid applied roofing systems
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Experience conducting on-site inspections and provide accurate estimates for roofing projects
Must have commercial and/or multifamily roofing experience to be considered
