Description:
Advanced Solutions, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Techs and Security Techs with either a New Mexico ES-3J Journeyman’s License or a NICET Level II (minimum) in Fire Protection/Fire Alarm Systems.
We are a leading life-safety and low-voltage integrator specializing in Siemens and Potter fire alarm systems. Our projects include hospitals, government facilities, and large commercial properties throughout New Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, test, and service Siemens and Potter fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot circuits, devices, and communication paths
Perform inspections and maintenance per NFPA 72 and IFC 2021
Coordinate with AHJ, GCs, and life-safety teams on active sites
Complete required daily reports, as-built notes, and test documentation
Requirements:
Valid New Mexico ES-3J license or NICET Level II (minimum)
Minimum 2 years of experience installing or servicing commercial fire alarm systems
Proficiency with Siemens and/or Potter panels
Working knowledge of NFPA 72, IFC 2021, and basic electrical theory
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
NICET II or higher
Multi-system experience (Access Control, CCTV, BAS)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
